SF Bay Trail Park, CA

After conducting onsite tree removal and harvesting of several Stone Pine tress from the SF Bay Trail at Oyster Point, Bay Area Redwood stored and fabricated the whole trees into nature play inspired custom site furnishings. In addition, Bay Area Redwood sourced and procured over a hundred salvaged Cypress logs from Bolinas, CA and fabricated 23 custom Cypress block benches for Oyster Point.

We worked with Bionic Landscape to design and fabricate unique redwood pieces for the Cityline Sunnyvale Redwood Square Park. We also designed and constructed a live-edge bench, overlaid with a waterfall effect, for a white lacquer bench inside.

Trail Building & Repairs

We partner with Park Districts, Scouts, and volunteers year round to repair bridges, retaining walls, and trail fencing all over the Bay Area. We also make benches and posts for interpretive signs along the trail. Everything is made from locally recycled trees that would have been thrown in the waste stream.
